Our three-story fitness center includes a cardio zone, a modern gym with Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Hoist equipment, and a wide range of group classes in our exercise rooms. In addition, a supervising trainer is available to advise and assist you every step of the way. Every Monday, you can also look forward to sampling NUTREND products.

Simple, fluid exercises for everyone, focused on stretching shortened muscles and strengthening weakened muscle groups, especially in the core area of the body. The exercises help to eliminate various muscle imbalances, relieve back pain, restore correct posture, and improve fitness and mobility.
Power yoga classes are a more dynamic and powerful form of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with fluid movement. The lesson lasts 60 minutes and gradually takes you through a gentle warm-up, strengthening, stretching of the whole body, and finally a pleasant and well-deserved relaxation, which serves to regenerate and absorb the effects of the poses. A mat is provided, and the exercises are done without shoes. The lessons are designed for both advanced practitioners and complete beginners.
Jumping is an aerobic exercise that uses trampolines in its lessons. Due to the properties of the trampoline, this exercise is gentle on the joints and even strengthens the knee ligaments. It also strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. Defy gravity with one of the most beneficial aerobic exercises!

The class lasts 60 min. and gradually you will have a gentle warm-up, strengthening, stretching of the whole body and at the end a nice and well-deserved relaxation, which serves to regenerate and absorb the effects of the poses. The mat is at your disposal and you can practice without shoes. Classes are designed for both advanced and complete beginners.

Pilates is an exercise focused on correct posture, strengthening and activating muscles, and improving flexibility. It is suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
Circuit training is a high-intensity interval exercise in which the whole body is exercised at individual stations. The basic interval is 30 seconds, followed by a short, standard 10 – 15 second break to move to the next station. In 1 training session, 1 “roundabout” is ridden 3-4 times. The exercises on the stations are chosen so that a different part is exercised each time.
FitBox is a specially dynamic exercise that uses elements of boxing and kickboxing on specially adapted totems. During the lesson, dynamic punches and kicks are alternated, during which there is a great energy expenditure and effective strengthening of the limbs and torso. You will be motivated to great performances by fun music and our instructor Zuzana Antlová.

You will be first met by a personal trainer who will then measure your body composition on the InBody device and provide a consultation on which you will build your goals together. You will also have a 2×60 minute personal training session with your trainer where you will be introduced to and learn how to use our Hammer Strenght, Life Fitness and many other machines. After your personal training session, we will prepare a protein of your choice. You will also have the option to take one group class of your choice.
InBody gives you an overview of your body’s composition, specifically the percentage of the 4 basic building blocks-water, protein, minerals and fat. The measurement is based on the principle of bioelectrical impedance, or the electrical resistance of tissues.
The MEGASUN K9S offers an extra dark and long-lasting tan. It is the first solarium in the world with pure LEDs and the only MegaSunK9S solarium in Olomouc.

She has been in the volleyball environment for many years. At the top level she played volleyball in youth categories in Ostrava. She continued her sports career as a fitness coach in Šternberk and head coach of youth in Olomouc. She is still actively playing volleyball, both on the court and on the sand. She is a certified fitness instructor. She prides herself on a healthy lifestyle, good fitness in sport and in life and likes to pass on this philosophy.
Her motto is: “Losing is not my enemy. Fear of losing is my enemy.” (Rafael Nadal)
She has been involved in sports since primary school, but she became more interested in fitness and healthy lifestyle only when she started her first job in a fitness centre. In 2007 she became a teacher of group spinning classes and then also of alpine skiing. In 2019, she graduated from the fitness trainer course and enjoys this job very much.
She would like to continue on the path of self-education in the field of fitness, mainly focusing on compensatory and rehabilitation exercises. She believes that in today’s hectic times there will be more clients with musculoskeletal problems. She herself has been involved in functional training and crossfit for 8 years. She is happy to guide her clients in this spirit, pass on her experience and be as supportive as possible in their journey.

At our fitness center she leads circuit training and personal training.
Coach and athlete with a wide range of knowledge and experience. Specializes in conditioning, strength and functional training, correcting muscle imbalances, compensatory exercises, muscle recruitment and fat reduction. He also specializes in plyometrics and athlete training. Outside of that, he competes in classic and American football, which contributes to a better and deeper understanding of sports performance. With his skills and passion for the sport, he helps others achieve their fitness goals and best athletic performance.
His motto is, “Just because something is good doesn’t mean it can’t be better.”
He has been involved in sports since primary school, when his father coached him to football, then eventually he started playing ice hockey, which he still enjoys playing today. It was through hockey conditioning that he got into fitness and weight training. He has a degree in TVS with a specialization in fitness coaching and wants to further his education in this field. His main focus is on strength and conditioning training for both the general population and athletes. He is dedicated to weight loss, lifestyle improvement and overall achieving the goals his client wants to achieve and puts them first. No challenge is an obstacle for him.
