Pilates Core is a simple, fluent exercise for everyone, focusing on stretching shortened muscles and strengthening weakened muscle regions, especially in the CORE area, the body’s centre. The exercise helps removing various muscle imbalances and back pain, restoring correct posture, and improving one’s condition and increasing one’s agility.
Circuit training is high-intensity, interval training, during which exercises for the whole body are performed in the individual sites. The basic interval is 30 seconds, followed by a short pause, usually 10–15 seconds, before moving on to the next site. During one session, the trainees do the circuit 3–4 times. The exercises are selected so that different parts of the body are trained at each consecutive site.
The price of Nutrend Body includes exercises supervised by an experienced instructor, towel service, training wear, shower gel, body lotion, a sports drink, and a protein drink.

Petra has a Master’s degree in Teaching Physical Education and Biology from the Palacký University Olomouc Faculty of Physical Culture. At eight, she became interested in athletics, later specialising in medium and long distance running. She was even a member of the Czech national team. Petra was a runner-up at the Czech championships in the 5,000-metre run (time: 16:49), a bronze medallist in the 10,000-metre run (time: 35:40), and a multiple academic champion in the 1,500 and 3,000-metre runs. In 2018, she became the overall winner of the RunTour series in the 5,000-metre run. Her greatest experience associated with running was participating in the main competition in the 3,000-metre run at the Golden Spike event in Ostrava. Now she’s still actively engaged in running, together with exercises and healthy a life-style. Her motto: “Are you running out of breath? Alžběta was encouraged to enjoy sport since early childhood. At fourteen, she became interested in fitness and a healthy lifestyle. At fifteen, she was captivated by circuit training and ran two Spartan Race endurance events. A year later, she changed over to regular exercises in a gym. She’s keen to get ready for any fitness competition. In 2018, Alžběta completed a Ronnie training course focusing on fitness and body-building, and plans to get more education in this field.
Her hobbies include cooking and nutrition. She is confident that proper diet and nutritional supplements are the keys to success. She is experienced in HIIT and circuit training, as well as in classic body building with dumbbells and machines.
Alžběta will be glad to help clients attain their dream figure or shape, regardless of their age. “The more you give, the more you get back” is her motto.

Personal coach and contestant in the Men’s Physique category. He deals with a healthy lifestyle, focusing on both beginner trainees and competitive body-builders for over 5 years. Jan is experienced in personal training with both women and men. He is also engaged in nutrition, training principles and plans. He focuses on remedying figure imbalances, body shaping, muscle building, and fat loss according to the client’s requirements. Jan can also arrange for preparations for amateur body-building competitions and long-term cooperation.

Ondřej has been a sportsman since his very first steps, and has devoted himself to exercise for the last 5 years. Tireless, smiling, and good-tempered, Ondřej will be glad to pass his experience on to beginners, advanced as well as pros. His motto: “Never give up!”

Owner, and choreographer and dancer at the Duckbeat dance school in Přerov, one of the most successful street dance schools in our country. Alena holds many dance titles and awards, for example, 2014 Choreographer of the Year awarded by Richard Hes. Led by her, Duckbeat dancers have won Czech and European titles. Alena has composed more than 100 successful choreographies, creates shows for competitions as well as social events, video-clips, advertisements, and she also composes programmes for Christmas pageants and other events.
For more than 12 years, Alena has cooperated with pop star Tereza Kerndlová as a choreographer and dancer. She also performs with Ben Cristovao, East 17, Captain Jack, etc. She appeared in the video for Katy Perry’s “Firework,” and conceived choreography for the Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade. Alena gives lessons at workshops throughout the country, and regularly educates herself in dance and fitness in the Czech Republic and abroad. She holds the following certificates: Core ABS, TRX RIP, Sports and Reconditioning Massage , and Aqua Zumba. She studies Training and Sports Management at the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University Olomouc. In addition to dance, she also gives lessons in circuit training, dance fitness, and Zumba.

At present, Radka is nearing completion of her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University Olomouc. During her studies, she completed a yoga instructor’s course in the Yoga Brno studio, a Vinyasa yoga course with an Indian instructor, and a course in functional anatomy and biomechanics in yoga – to name just a few.
For her, yoga is exercise with added experience, and she conducts her lessons on that note. She unites knowledge of the human body gained from her physiotherapy studies for proper adjustment of joints and engagement of muscles in yoga poses and breathing, relaxation techniques, and focusing on being present in the moment, based on yoga teaching. Yoga for her is a way of life, her inspiration and challenge, which she wants to further develop and perfect.
